We are a popular and friendly 4 star bed & breakfast built in 1922 as a hotel, now converted to provide an ideal base for visitors who prefer not to spend too much on where they stay but want comfortable accommodation with easy access to all the area has to offer.

Our spacious lounge is ideal to enjoy a cheese plate or share a bottle or two with friends new and old, or relax and take time out to read a book. The Inn is located in the centre of Cessnock, so leave the car and walk to clubs, shops and cinema, nearby restaurants and historic pubs. Ample off-street parking for cars and small coaches. Only a few minutes away are our famous Hunter Valley vineyards with a wide range of family, boutique and some more famous wineries, offering tastings 7 days a week. The area also offers world class golf courses, excellent restaurants for that long leisurely lunch, cycling along country lanes, antique shops and art galleries. Whether enjoying a balloon flight or touring in a horse drawn carriage you'll want to return again and again.

The Inn is ideal for groups of 3 to 30.

A delicious country-style breakfast is served 8 to 9 am, allowing a leisurely start to the day. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee or the crisp crackling of bacon will tempt the taste buds.
