Broke's Promise is a privately owned boutique vineyard, olive grove, cellar door and farmstay located in the tranquil region of Broke Fordwich in Australia's world renowned Hunter Valley. Our property is nestled between the foothills of the Yengo National Park and the banks of the Wollombi Brook with panoramic views of the Brokenback Range and Yellow Rock.

We specialise in handcrafting wines from some of the Hunters most renowned varieties.

The 23 acre, 2000 tree olive grove planted in November 1996 comprises Frantoio varieties of Correggiola and Paragon from central Italy which produce a delicious fruity oil with a slight peppery finish. Our other varieties of Spanish Manzanillo and Greek Kalamata are grown for table olives and are also used for our delicious tapenades and pastes.

To add to your enjoyment our luxuriously appointed 4 bedroom homestead is available for farm stay holidays, and our cellar door and gallery is open every weekend or other times by appointment

Burncroft Guesthouse

Set on twenty tranquil acres & with a stunning rural vista, Burncroft is a luxurious self contained hunter valley accommodation retreat for groups of up to twelve guests. Ironstone Estate is luxurious Hunter Valley accommodation for groups. Our two houses, the Lodge and the Homestead, are fitted with quality furnishings and are fully self contained. Privately located, the houses are on a 45 acre vineyard estate in the beautiful Lovedale area of Hunter Valley Wine Country.

The Lodge features six bedrooms, each with it's own ensuite and one is suitable for disabled guests; generous living areas with a large open wood fire; a well equipped kitchen, barbecue and outdoor dining facilities. The Lodge which can accommodate up to 14 people has a private entrance off Olsens Road and lovely vineyard aspect above the large dam. A perfect escape for a group or as a small corporate retreat.

Ironstone Country Homestead can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably and is suitable for families and friends. The house is fully equipped and features a wood fire, a sparkling inground pool, a wisteria covered entertainment area and a large country kitchen.

Lilies Cottage is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage offering guests total privacy & exclusivity. The cottage has an open-plan living area, full kitchen, plasma TV, DVD, Ipod dock, stereo, ducted air con, wood burning fireplace. There are 2 identical king sized bedrooms each with king latex bed and a private bathroom. The bathrooms both have a big 2 person spa,open shower, double basins and organic bathroom products.Outside are wide covered decks, BBQ, outdoor furniture and 2 hammocks. Great views.

Very private as there is only one tourist cottage on the property. Lots of space, very contemporary and everything is supplied. The property is beautiful, very well maintained. A big breaky hamper is included in the rates.

Molly Morgan Vineyard Homestead

Our self catering, 4 bedroom homestead, featuring 3 queen bedrooms including the master bedroom with en-suite, 1 twin bedroom and a pullout couch, is on 60 stunning acres. The house is situated in the middle of the vineyard which supplies the fruit for our award winning wines, and features a large open kitchen with the living and dining areas sharing glorious views over the vineyard and Brokenback Ranges.

At any time of the year you can watch a working vineyard in action – from the frosty winter mornings pruning to the tension filled time during harvest. Rest assured, there are plenty of quiet moments tucked away in the year, so it’s always the perfect time to visit Molly Morgan Vineyard. Just close the gate and relax!
